The EBC Brakes™ Standard CK Series Cork Replacement Clutch Kit clutch kit is designed to be an almost identical like-for-like replacement for OE clutch kits. The cork based plates are impregnated with alloy particles to increase wear life and heat resistance. The material is highly compressed to avoid swell and clutch drag and is an ideal general purpose replacement material for all grades and sizes of motorcycle.

The EBC Brakes™ Standard CK Series Cork Replacement Clutch Kit contains a complete engine set of friction plates only. Each kit is measured to give the perfect stack height and should only be fitted as a whole kit and not as individual plates. Soak clutch plates in the correct quantity of manufacturer’s recommended drive case oil for a few hours before installation. Never use ATF (automatic transmission fluid). We strongly recommend that this clutch is fitted by a professionally trained mechanic. It is best to fit new clutch springs at the same time as changing the clutch plates due to heat fatigue of old springs. We also sell a range of clutch spring sets for your motorcycle.

Before riding your motorcycle please ensure you are comfortable with the new lever force and can easily disengage the clutch with minimal hand pressure. Always have an experienced rider test the machine before putting back into full service. If the clutch exhibits snatching, dragging or if there are any unusual noises coming from the transmission, discontinue use of the machine immediately and contact an experienced professional mechanic. The EBC Brakes™ clutch tools can hold the basket or the plate hub to allow loosening or tightening of the retaining bolts minimising the risk of damage of the engine and clutch parts.
