The latest mid-level, full face helmet offering from Nolan, the N60-6 is this year’s replacement for the N60-5 model and is much more than just a re-design of the previous generations of Nolan’s entrty level models.The dual top vent utilizing Nolan’s “Airbooster Technology” along with the net construction of the inner comfort liner improves air flow through the helmet while the N60-6 sees the introduction of the internal VPS (Vision protection system) tinted visor, a feature which has previously only been included with the premium modular and full face models. The ultrawide eyeport is covered by a scratch resistant visor that is supplied with a pin lock anti fog insert (both parts shared with the new N80-8 model) that has a tool free visor release mechanism and an active five level opening system. The helmet also features Nolan’s patented Microlock 2 retention system as is now standard across the road helmet range and comes with eyewear adaptive cheek pads, where there are removable inserts in the foam of the cheek pads to allow for comfortable use of
glasses.
