Questions parents ask
Is it too fast for a beginner?

Not in beginner mode. Both sizes have two speed settings, and the faster one stays locked until you decide otherwise.

Do they need to know how to ride already?

No. It's a balance bike first: feet down, no pedals, no training wheels. That's exactly why it works for kids who've struggled on a normal bike.

How long does the battery last?

About an hour of real riding, and roughly 3 hours to recharge. Which is precisely why we include a second one with the 16″.

What happens if something breaks?

Call us. We're an Australian motorcycle shop, not a drop-shipper. We hold EMX Ride spares here in Melbourne, and faulty parts are replaced free for the first six months. Fitting isn't included, but most parts are a straightforward swap and we'll talk you through it.

How much assembly is there?

Very little. Fit the seat, the front wheel and the handlebar and it's ready to ride. Everything else arrives assembled.

Can an adult ride it?

No. It's built for children, and an adult's weight will damage the bike and void the warranty.
