Up to 60 minutes per charge, with around 3 hours to recharge. Riding time varies with the rider, terrain and use.

Which speed setting should we start with?

Start with the lower speed setting. Choose the right bike size, follow the manual and supervise your child as they learn.

Do they need to know how to ride already?

It has no pedals, so children can practise balancing with their feet down. Readiness depends on the child; contact us if you're unsure about fit or riding experience.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 60 minutes per charge, depending on the rider, terrain and use, with roughly 3 hours to recharge. Each bike includes one battery and a charger.

Is shipping free on both sizes?

Yes. Both the 12-inch and 16-inch EMX Ride include free shipping anywhere in Australia. No code needed.

What happens if something breaks?

Call our Melbourne team for help. Faulty parts are replaced free for the first six months under the parts warranty; fitting isn't included. Contact us to check replacement-part availability. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply.

How much assembly is there?

Fit the seat, the front wheel and the handlebar, following the supplied manual. Check the bike before its first ride.

Can an adult ride it?

No. These bikes are designed for children. Follow the rider limits and instructions in the supplied manual.
